TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing, registering, or using QiAdvisor.ai (the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

QiAdvisor.ai provides AI-powered insights and reports relating to BaZi, Feng Shui, Qi Men Dun Jia and other metaphysics-based methodologies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All services are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
• The advice, predictions, or insights provided do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the use of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using QiAdvisor.ai, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

All content, design, algorithms, reports, data, graphics, and materials on the Platform (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to World of Metaphysics Pte Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• All fees are payable to World of Metaphysics Pte Ltd.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be made once a service is delivered, except as provided in Section 6A or required under Singapore law.

General Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once services are rendered, as our services are digital and delivered immediately.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose any right to a “cooling-off period” or refund under applicable laws relating to digital content.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.
• Technical failure: If the Platform fails to deliver the purchased service and we cannot rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unauthorized use by minors: If a purchase was made by a minor using a parent's/guardian's payment method without authorization, the parent/guardian must notify us within 7 calendar days of the transaction and provide evidence. Upon verification, we may issue a refund and immediately suspend or terminate the minor's account.

No Refund for Service Dissatisfaction

Dissatisfaction with the “accuracy”, “interpretation”, or “quality” of the service will not qualify for a refund.

Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes.

Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or excessive/serial refund requests.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence.

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data (including name, date of birth, time of birth, location, and contact details) for the purpose of delivering services, processing payments, and account administration.

We may transfer Personal Data outside Singapore only with safeguards comparable to PDPA standards.

You may contact us at support@qiadvisor.ai for data access, correction, or withdrawal of consent requests.

The Platform and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any insights, advice, or content.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law:

• World of Metaphysics Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
• You agree that any reliance on the Platform is at your own sole risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World of Metaphysics Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
